Commentary: Obama has no regard for the Constitution on which our Nation was founded in his supposed “accommodation” to religious groups in the federal healthcare mandate writes Laura Hollis of townhall.com. His “accommodation” only pushes the cost of providing birth control to religious groups like Catholics who are very much against birth control in the first place. America was founded on basic freedoms, one being that we have the right to freedom of religion. Obama’s healthcare mandate destroys that freedom by treading on our beliefs and forcing us to compromise by accepting birth control funding in our health insurance policies. I liken him and other Democrats to a broken record player playing over and over again until they finally get their “perfect” healthcare plan. – excerpt below
