Commentary: A youtube video by TheYoungTurks commentates on a thinkprogress.org article which explains that in the timeframe of June 2009- June 2011, income for media households actually dropped 6.7% when adjusted by inflation. On the other hand, the top 1% are having a great time with the economy: in 2010, the ones with the most money netted 93% of “the income gains in the first year of recovery.” So, in conclusion, the economy is seemingly always great… to the few and far between who never have to worry about money and keep getting richer. – News Tweets below
