Commentary: The IRS continues to target tea party groups in what appears on the face of it to be a blatantly political misue of power by the agency, serving under the Treasury Secretary, “Turbo Tax” Tim Geithner.  Continuing to deny Tea party groups tax exempt status, and targeting others for audits, the IRS appears to be using tax law and regulation to eliminate the Tea Party.  When weighing the targeting of Tea Party groups against the unwillingness of the IRS to investiigate tax exempt statuses of such overt servants of political progressive power as Media Matters and Planned Parenthood, outside observers cannot help but at least question if the IRS has become nothing more than the sniper rifle of Barack Hussein Obama and his progressive army of regulators - excerpt below
