Commentary: Obama is now labeling agreeing with the Constitution as “judicial activism” in a poor attempt to get his near and dear healthcare reform law passed. In effect, approving what Democrats want whether or not it’s constitutional is now “agreeing to rubber-stamp the legislative will” of the Democratic majority. With the relabeling of standing up for our country’s foundation as “activism” Obama is making Republicans seem like nothing more than the people who march on Washington to get their voices heard. This is very dangerous to the preservation of our freedom. President Obama is walking all over people who disagree with his precious healthcare law and trying to turn our country into a lean mean Socialist country machine, at our freedom’s expense. – excerpt below
